The Legacy You Build Is Worth Protecting
You didn't build what you have by accident — the business, the property, the savings, the life you've put together for the people you love. A trust is how you make sure it stays intact and goes exactly where you intend, on your terms, long after you're the one holding it together.
This is where you can start your estate plan at a flat, upfront price. Choose a trust to keep your family out of probate, a will and powers of attorney so someone you trust can speak for you, or a deed to pass your home directly to the people you name. Every document is drafted by an estate planning attorney and coordinated with the rest of your plan.
Which Trust Fits Your Situation?
Not every trust does the same job. Here's a plain-English look at the most common types we set up — find the one that sounds like you, and we'll confirm the right fit during your consultation.
The most flexible option. You keep full control during your lifetime, can change it anytime, and your estate skips probate when you're gone.
Revocable / Living Trust
One trust built for both of you. It covers your shared property under Texas community property rules and keeps things simple for whichever spouse is left to manage it.
Married Couple Trust
Holds your business interest so ownership passes smoothly, and it's coordinated with your operating agreement so the two never contradict each other.
Business Trust
Keeps your life insurance payout out of your taxable estate and gives you control over how and when your beneficiaries receive it.
Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust
Built to pass wealth down more than one generation, with terms that control how and when future heirs receive what you've left them.
Generational Trust
Provides for a loved one with a disability without disqualifying them from essential government benefits.
Special Needs Trust
Medicaid Asset Protection Trust
Helps protect your assets from long-term care costs while you plan for Medicaid eligibility down the road.
Legacy Trust
Designed around a specific purpose or value you want carried forward, whether that's funding education, supporting a cause, or keeping a family business intact.
Wills & Powers of Attorney
The documents every adult should have, whether or not you need a trust. Get them together or one at a time.
Will & Power of Attorney Package
The essentials in one step: a will, durable and medical powers of attorney, and an advance directive, all drafted to work together.
Last Will and Testament
Decide who gets what and who looks after your kids, so Texas intestacy law doesn't decide for you.
Advance Directive / Living Will
Puts your wishes for end-of-life care in writing, so your family isn't left guessing at the hardest moment.
Deeds & Property
Your home is often the biggest thing you'll pass on. These deeds make sure it goes directly to the right people, without probate.
Transfer on Death Deed
Your property passes directly to the person you name, with no probate, and you keep full ownership while you're alive.
Lady Bird Deed
You keep full control of your home for life, and it passes to your beneficiaries automatically. It's often used alongside Medicaid planning.
Add Property Deed to Trust
A trust only protects what's inside it. We'll transfer your property into your trust so it actually avoids probate.

Why Families in Houston Trust Us With This
Planning for the future takes courage. We take that seriously.
Our estate planning attorneys bring specialist-level knowledge to every client — not generalist advice. We're licensed in Texas and Georgia, and we work with clients across both states. When your situation involves a business, real estate, or intellectual property, we have attorneys in-house who handle those intersections without sending you somewhere else.
The consultation fee is $25, refundable and applied to your services. We designed it that way because we want the first step to be easy.
Common Questions About Getting Started
What does the $25 consultation fee cover?
It reserves your time with an attorney and is fully applied toward your legal services when you move forward. If for any reason you can't continue, it's refundable.
Do I need to have documents or information ready before my consultation?
Not at all. Come as you are. It helps to have a general sense of what you own and who you'd want to provide for, but your attorney will guide the conversation and help you identify what's needed.
What if I already have a will — do I still need an estate plan?
A will is one piece of an estate plan, but it's rarely the whole picture. Many clients come to us with an existing will that doesn't account for changes in their family, their assets, or the law. We'll review what you have and tell you honestly whether it still serves you.
Can you help with estate planning if I own a business?
Yes. This is one of our strengths. Business owners often have estate planning needs that intersect with succession, ownership structure, and asset protection. Because we have attorneys across business law and estate planning in-house, we can address all of it together.
Are you licensed to help clients outside of Texas?
We serve clients in Texas and Georgia for estate planning matters. If you're unsure whether we can help in your state, reach out and we'll be straightforward with you.
