Let's Protect What You've Built

You've put real work into your business, your brand, and your creative output. Our team is ready to help you lock it down — with trademark registration, copyright protection, contracts, and more.

Start Your Business the Right Way

The structure you choose now shapes your taxes, your liability, and your options for years to come. We'll help you get it right from day one.

We help you choose the right entity, file your formation documents with the Texas Secretary of State, and draft an operating agreement built around how your business actually runs.

LLC / Corporation Formation

Built for real estate investors and owners with multiple ventures. Each property or business line sits in its own protected series, so a claim against one can't reach the others.

Protect Your Brand and Creative Work

Your name, your logo, and the work you create are worth protecting before someone else claims them. We file nationwide through the USPTO and the U.S. Copyright Office.

Federal protection for your business name, logo, or slogan in one class of goods or services. We file your application with the USPTO and guide it through to registration.

Trademark Registration

Selling more than one type of product or service? Extend your trademark protection to a second class.

Additional Trademark Class (First)

Need protection in more than two classes? Add each one here.

Additional Trademark Class (Each Further)

Registers your original work, whether it's writing, design, photography, video, or software, with the U.S. Copyright Office, so you can enforce your rights and pursue damages if someone copies it.

Copyright Registration

The Curry Law Firm, PLLC is licensed to practice law in Texas and Georgia. Estate planning and business formation services purchased here are for matters governed by Texas or Georgia law; trademark and federal copyright services are available nationally. Submitting payment does not create an attorney-client relationship — each matter is subject to a conflict check and attorney review, and if we are unable to represent you for any reason your payment will be refunded in full. By completing your purchase you agree to these Terms.

Payments for flat-rate services are accepted in advance and held pending our conflict check and attorney review. If we are unable to take your matter, due to a conflict, jurisdiction, or any other reason, or if you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund through Stripe, typically within five to seven business days. Fees for work already performed under a signed engagement agreement are refundable only to the extent unearned.

Leave with a Clear Path Forward

You'll walk away knowing exactly what needs to happen next and what it will take to get there.

Licensed Where Your Business Operates

We practice in Texas and Georgia, and handle trademark and copyright matters for clients nationwide. If your business crosses state lines, we can still be your legal home base.

Common Questions About Protecting Your Business

  • Do I need a trademark if I already have an LLC?

Yes — they protect different things. Your LLC protects you from personal liability as a business owner. A trademark protects your brand name, logo, or slogan from being used by others. Many business owners need both.

  • What's the difference between a trademark and a copyright?

A trademark protects brand identifiers — names, logos, slogans — that distinguish your business in the marketplace. A copyright protects original creative works like writing, music, art, and software. Some businesses need one, some need both. We'll help you figure out which applies to your situation.

  • Can you help me if someone is already using my brand name or copying my work?

Yes. We handle both proactive protection and enforcement. If someone is infringing on your rights, we can send demand letters, pursue litigation if needed, and help you document your claim from the start.

  • How much does it cost to protect my brand or business?

It depends on what you need. The best starting point is a consultation — you'll get a clear picture of your options and what each one involves before committing to anything.
